Andrew Murphy BSc, General Manager
Andy is a graduate of the University of Birmingham having obtained an upper second–class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences. In addition to being degree level qualified Andy also has numerous other sports coaching qualifications and years of coaching experience both in Primary and Secondary schools. Andy is responsible for all Regional Operations Managers and covers all angles of the business from training and coaching delivery to management of all staff and ensuring the schools are happy with our service.
Tom Boxall, BA Operations Manager
Tom is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University with a first class honours degree in Leisure and Sports Studies. Tom started working within schools in the Leeds area coaching all age groups. Tom has since developed into an Operations Manager, being the first point of contact with all coaches in the business. Tom is responsible for the standard of service delivered to all schools and is in regular contact with all schools and staff.
Kim Randall PGCE, BA, HND PE Development Manager
Kim is a Graduate of both Chiltern Training Group and York University with an upper second-class honours degree in Sports Studies and Physical Education and PGCE. In addition to being degree level qualified Kim is also PGCE qualified in addition to numerous other sports coaching qualifications. Kim has years of experience in planning and delivering PE lessons to both primary and secondary pupils. Kim is responsible for developing all year overviews and lesson plans.
Chris Burlow, Head Coach and Summer Camps Coordinator
Chris Burlow has worked in Wolf Fields Primary School for 2 years now delivering their whole PE curriculum and after school school clubs. Chris co-ordinates all extended schools and summer camp activities and works in close cooperation with local councils and secondary schools to set up and deliver holiday camps.
Regional Operations Managers
All of our Regional Operations Managers have a minimum of two years experience coaching within local primary and secondary schools. They have a full understanding of the curriculum / lesson plans and help our coaches implement these within the schools. They provide regional training, observe their coaches termly and are in contact with schools and staff on a regular basis to ensure they are happy and that operations run smoothly.
Other Members of Staff
All coaches are qualified to a minimum coaching level in Football, Netball, Athletics, Dance, Hockey, Basketball, Cricket, Rugby and Gymnastics. A number of coaches are also degree level qualified, this is due to the culture of Sports Coaching Limited; the company was founded by a graduate and is committed to employing graduates wherever possible in order to give the highest quality service through highly qualified staff.
All coaches are Enhanced CRB checked, registered as instructors with the GTC, hold First Aid and Child Protection Certificates and have Public Liability Insurance for up to 10 million pounds.
